The Ecommerce Merchandising & Analytics Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and operation of the company's ecommerce platform. This role partners closely with internal business teams to configure website functionality, execute merchandising and promotional initiatives, perform quality assurance testing, monitor/analyze key KPIs, and ensure a reliable, high-quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate enjoys learning new ecommerce platform capabilities, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and execution are critical.
Job Description:
- Assist with administering and maintaining the ecommerce platform, including configurable website features, merchandising tools, navigation, and site settings
- Configure, schedule, and validate promotions, discounts, and other customer-facing campaigns
- Maintain website content, including banners, landing pages, navigation, and other merchandising updates
- Perform quality assurance testing for website changes, promotions, content updates, and new functionality before and after production releases
