Pure Ground Ingredients is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead commercial growth, develop strategic accounts, and manage our sales team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven B2B food-industry sales professional who can build business, lead people, and bring discipline to sales planning and forecasting.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business development and drive new customer acquisition.
- Grow and manage strategic and key accounts.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans.
- Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable for results.
- Build relationships with procurement, sourcing, R&D, and senior decision-makers.
- Identify new markets, customers, applications, and product opportunities.
