Join Vanguard’s Fund Treasury team and help lead the people, processes, and operations that support critical cash management and liquidity activities across our fund complex. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily treasury operations, manage a portfolio of impactful initiatives, and partner with internal stakeholders and banking partners to ensure operational excellence.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced treasury professional to develop talent, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the ongoing success and efficiency of a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Oversees operations of fund treasury cash management services. Develops and implements operational plans to achieve departmental and corporate objectives. Assists in the planning, development and execution of departmental short and long term strategies and goals.
