$5,000 - Sign on bonus:
Eligible to BCBAs in IBHS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the confirmation of first billable of 25 billable hours. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire with confirmation of 25 billable hours.
- Pay - Salary: $92,000-$103,000 (based on BCBA experience after BCBA certification)
- Full-time 12 month position, generous PTO accrual and paid holidays
- PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening
