Summary
This role serves as the primary execution resource for day-to-day marketing activities by coordinating content development, social media, internal communications, and administrative marketing tasks.
Duties
Format marketing collateral, project profiles, proposal support materials, and reference guides.
Create, schedule, and monitor content across social media and digital channels for five brand platforms. Enhance and grow company presence.
Protect and enhance company reputation by monitoring and generating online reviews.
Produce and distribute employee communications (RED Feed).
Collect and maintain marketing project data in the CRM for use in sales and collateral development.
Coordinate branded merchandise, promotional materials, sponsorship commitments, and event logistics.
Coordinate photography, videography, and other creative projects.
Maintain website content, digital asset libraries, and branded templates.
Provide administrative and project coordination support for marketing initiatives.
