HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU: We strive to keep our interview process brief and aim to move through the stages efficiently. Due to availability, there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect:
Introductory call/interview with our Senior Talent Partner. The call is typically made via telephone and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
If there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a 45-minute video call with the hiring manager. This is a more structured interview that will deep-dive into the role and technical needs.
All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This may be an in-person assessment, a take-home assessment, or additional video calls. The length varies, but we’re mindful of your time and strive to keep it as simple as possible.
