Job Summary:
FSQA (Food Safety Quality Assurance) Technician Lead, will assist the FSQA Leadership in supervising shift inspectors and ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Specification Adherence.
Hours: Monday-Friday 4:30am-2:30pm, some weekends required.
Pay: $29.30/hr
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the activities of the FSQA Technicians and directly addressing issues with the appropriate members of supervision.
- Ensuring safety in all aspects, including personal safety and food safety.
- Handling additional assignments as requested.
- This position involves working with beef, poultry, and pork products, as well as other ingredients that may be potential allergens.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Implement Daily Plans: Receive and break down the overall plans for each day's activities from FSQA Leadership into detailed work assignments for the FSQA Technicians.
