As a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting
, supporting both financial reporting and equity administration, you will be integral to our accounting operations, ensuring accurate and compliant financial records under US GAAP. This role will involve owning the preparation of equity accounting, assisting in our financial statement reviews and audits, and helping streamline and scale the end-to-end equity administration process, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices as we continue our rapid global expansion.
What You'll Do
- Assist in planning and execution of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and related XBRL tagging.
- Prepare the financial statements, including cash flow statement, and footnote disclosures while maintaining complete tie-out documentation under the Company’s SOX controls.
- Prepare stock-based compensation journal entries and reconciliations for month-end/quarter-end in compliance with US GAAP (ASC 718).
