Position Summary

The Employee Benefits Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of employee benefits clients, delivering exceptional service, strategic guidance, and ongoing support. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, resolving service issues, coordinating renewals, overseeing benefits administration, and identifying opportunities to enhance client benefit programs.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in employee benefits, highly organized, client-focused, and committed to delivering superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Service & Account Management
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned employee benefits clients.
• Manage and resolve claims, billing, enrollment, eligibility, and membership issues.
