Procon seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide design and construction project management support for multiple ongoing and planned federal facility projects throughout the National Capital Region (NCR). The position will support new construction, major renovations, and space reconfiguration projects, including work at the Nebraska Avenue Complex and St. Elizabeths West Campus.
Responsibilities will include construction and building management support, project coordination, cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with architecture, engineering, construction, and government stakeholder teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex federal facility projects throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
