What if your job was to put a spark in a student's eye the moment they realize a technical career could be their career? That's the heart of this role. As the Future Maker Coordinator, you'll bring hands-on STEM experiences to students across the region, helping them explore fields like aviation, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and automotive technology through real equipment and real conversations.
You'll prep and run the Future Maker Lab for events and school visits, support a growing team, and help create the kind of moment that shifts a student's whole sense of what's possible for their future. - Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Guide and present to students through hands-on devices and equipment that spark interest in technical careers, presenting with clarity and energy across a variety of settings
- Coordinate and prep the Future Maker Lab for events and school visits, confirming the right equipment and staffing are in place for each program
- Support the Future Maker Director with team scheduling, training, and program planning, including tracking survey compliance and communicating with school and community clients
