2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm - $1 Shift Premium
Are you detail-oriented, quality-focused, and looking for an opportunity to grow in a manufacturing environment? Serigraph is seeking a Post Printing Operator to support the final stages of our printing process. In this role, you'll help ensure high-quality products are accurately finished, inspected, and prepared for shipment while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
What You'll Do: As a Post Printing Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks that support the finishing and packaging of printed products, including:
- Operate post-printing cutting machinery and related equipment.
- Inspect products for visual and functional quality, ensuring specifications are met.
- Complete labor reporting, quality assurance documentation, job tickets, and move tags accurately.
- Transfer products safely between workstations.
- Package, shrink-wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Perform manual finishing tasks such as popping out parts, hand applications, and pulling sealed air.
- Assist with manufacturing activities including catching, racking, de-racking, and ovening sheets.
