Structural Steel Plant Manager – Gallaway, TN

Position Overview
We are seeking a Structural Steel Plant Manager to lead fabrication operations across two nearby facilities operating on two shifts. This position provides hands-on leadership to production supervisors and is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, high-quality operations while keeping production and shipping schedules on track.
The ideal candidate brings extensive structural steel fabrication experience, knowledge of AISC and AWS standards
, familiarity with coating requirements, and a strong background leading complex fabrication operations.
Key Responsibilities: Direct daily production activities across two facilities located within approximately one mile of each other.
Lead operations across two shifts and provide guidance to department and shop supervisors.
