Outbound Sales Representative – Sage Intacct

DB Computer Solutions is hiring! DB is an established, growing technology services company that helps small and mid-sized businesses across Ireland run critical parts of their operations. As they build out their Sage Intacct practice, they are looking for a driven Outbound Sales Representative to open doors with new customers and generate qualified pipeline.

The Role: As Outbound Sales Representative, you will drive new-logo demand generation for DB’s Sage Intacct (ERP) practice. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting and qualifying — not closing. You will build and qualify pipeline, then hand off to the pre-sales consultants and account managers who run demos, negotiate, and close.

If you are hungry, curious, and energized by opening doors with new prospects, this role is for you. Sage Intacct, ERP, or SaaS/fintech experience is a strong plus, but drive and coachability matter most.

• What You'll Do: Prospect and qualify new-logo opportunities, with roughly 90% focus on Sage Intacct (ERP) and 10% on add-on products
• Build targeted, ICP-matched prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot (buyer intent, Structify ICP matching)
• Run structured outbound across calls, personalized email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads against BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) before handing off
• Spot high-intent signals — company turnover above €5M, recent PE/VC investment, a new CFO or Finance Director, active finance-role hiring
• Farm lapsed prospects already in HubSpot alongside brand-new logos
• Hand off qualified opportunities with clear written briefs
• Log all activity and opportunities accurately in HubSpot
• What We're Looking For: A prospecting mindset; persistent, organized, and comfortable with high-volume outreach
• Ability to qualify rigorously using BANT and read buyer-intent signals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with modern sales tooling (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Nice to have: experience selling Sage Intacct, ERP, or SaaS/fintech products
• No minimum years of experience required. We’re open to candidates at different experience levels who are motivated, coachable, and eager to grow
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
• What we Offer: Base salary of approximately €35,000, flexible upward for candidates with strong Intacct/ERP experience
