Distribution Center Lead?
Under general direction from the Distribution Supervisor, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, the incumbent is responsible for monitoring and aiding in picking, packing, VAS, Shipping, and Returns, while ensuring process runs smoothly and efficiently. Leads and works alongside associates to accomplish daily workload. Assists Supervisor with planning and assigning work instructions.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Plans and coordinates work assignments as delegated by the Supervisor, or when the Supervisor is unavailable.
