What you’ll do
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior living community partners, office teams, and clinical teams.
- Execute BAYADA Fairfax Senior Living’s provider-of-choice commitments across the assigned territory.
- Serve as a consistent, responsive partner to community leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow and maintain Home Health and outpatient business within the territory.
- Visit senior living communities regularly—up to five days per week—to understand needs, address concerns, and support service excellence.
- Coordinate communication and follow-through across community, operational, and clinical teams.
- Represent BAYADA professionally and reinforce a culture centered on compassion, excellence, and reliability.
- Organize competing priorities, manage follow-up, and ensure commitments are completed on time.
- Participate in an initial 90-day orientation that includes clinical and senior living orientation.
What you’ll bring
- Required
- An active clinical license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A reliable, self-directed approach and the ability to manage work across multiple locations.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Preferred
- Experience in Home Health, senior living, outpatient care, or a related healthcare environment.
- Professional background as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, RN, LPN, or another clinically licensed discipline.
- Experience building partnerships, supporting growth, or coordinating care across teams.
- We welcome candidates from a range of clinical disciplines. Compensation will be based on experience, scope, and qualifications.
- Work model and schedule
This is a field-based role with regular travel to senior living communities throughout Alexandria, Springfield, and Mount Vernon. The position may also require occasional visits to the Falls Church office. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is no on-call requirement.
