Registered Nurse - Weekend RN
Home Health Visits
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our East Tucson Visits home health team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.
This is a Weekend RN position - since visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions, prior
Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required.
$5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 4 SOC per weekend (2 Saturday + 2 Sunday)
OR
$5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 20 productivity points per weekend (combination of Fri, Sat, Sun, and/or Mon) - benefits eligible!
This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office's entire coverage area.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
- Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care
