What you’ll do
- Manage the hospital’s pending referral list and referral-conversion activity.
- Monitor referral opportunities and complete timely, consistent follow-up.
- Partner closely with hospital contacts and BAYADA’s Intake team to move referrals forward.
- Work across multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintain accurate information.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Stay organized and results-focused while independently managing priorities.
- Support local office collaboration and travel throughout the territory as needed.
- Take ownership of referral opportunities and help ensure patients receive an appropriate and timely next step in care.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfort navigating and working within multiple EMR systems.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Results-driven, with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, well-spoken professional who is comfortable taking ownership and driving results.
- Training and support
- You will receive approximately three to four weeks of training designed to help you build confidence and succeed in the role. Training will include partnership with BAYADA Sales Trainers, along with hands-on shadowing and practical experience.
- Work model and territory
This is a hybrid position combining home/remote work with time in the office. Candidates must be local to the Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem County market and comfortable collaborating with the Intake team in the office. Local travel and office presence may be required to support the territory and team.
