Experience: 1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required.
Reliability: You must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Shelby area.
Commitment to Growth: Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required (we will help you study and cover the cost!).
Training: Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.

Compensation

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience and certification status)

Monday–Friday, 8am-4pm for full-time or 12pm-4pm for part-time!
