The Talent Acquisition team at Chainalysis is responsible for scaling the most important ingredient to our success: people. Our job is to build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that is inclusive, rigorous, and repeatable around the world. As we enter a period of significant go-to-market growth, we're investing heavily in our sales organization and need a recruiter who can match that pace.
We're looking for a Recruiter, Go-to-Market who will own and drive hiring for sales and go-to-market roles at Chainalysis. This is a high-volume, outbound-heavy role. You'll spend a meaningful portion of your time building pipeline through direct sourcing, identifying and engaging top sales talent across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services. You'll manage a full requisition load, move fast, and close strong candidates in a competitive market, with Account Executive roles among your key hires.
You'll work closely with hiring managers across our enterprise and public sector sales teams, acting as a recruiting partner who understands the business and delivers results.
Please note that the position will require you to spend at least 1 day a week in our NYC Office
In this role, you'll:
Build Pipeline Through Outbound Sourcing
Own pipeline generation for go-to-market roles, with a heavy emphasis on proactive outbound sourcing to find and engage top sales talent
Map the competitive landscape across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services to identify where strong Account Executives and quota-carrying sellers work today
Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn InMails, including referral generation, community engagement, and direct outreach campaigns
Maintain a high volume of outbound activity to keep pipeline ahead of hiring demand
Run Full-Cycle Recruiting at Pace
Own the full recruiting lifecycle for go-to-market roles, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close
Manage a high-volume requisition load across enterprise and public sector go-to-market teams
Move candidates through the process efficiently while delivering a thoughtful, personalized, and transparent candidate experience at every step
Make data-driven decisions about pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing channel effectiveness to keep hiring on track
Partner with Hiring Managers and the Business
Build trusted relationships with sales leaders to develop a deep understanding of their teams, priorities, and what great looks like for each hire
Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process with clear communication, calibrated expectations, and market insights
Share competitive intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends across relevant markets
Provide regular pipeline updates and flag risks early so hiring plans stay on schedule
Contribute to Talent Acquisition as a Team
Champion diversity and inclusion in every search, with intentional focus on engaging candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
Share sourcing wins, market learnings, and process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experiences
Occasionally provide recruiting support for roles outside of go-to-market as priorities and bandwidth allow
We're looking for candidates who have:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring sales and go-to-market talent, specifically quota-carrying roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives
Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability: you build your own pipeline, generate candidate interest through direct outreach, and do not rely on inbound applications to fill roles
Proven track record of recruiting sales talent within the SaaS and Cybersecurity sectors, with a specific focus on candidates who have successfully sold complex solutions into the Fintech, Cryptocurrency, or Traditional Financial Services markets.
Comfort operating at high volume and managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping quality or candidate experience
Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and consistent follow-through on every candidate and requisition
The ability to build credibility with hiring managers quickly, communicate market realities clearly, and guide decisions with data
A collaborative, low-ego approach to working on a small, close-knit Talent Acquisition team
Curiosity about our industry and genuine interest in learning the Chainalysis product suite and competitive landscape
Nice to have:
Experience recruiting for public sector go-to-market roles (Federal, DoD/Intel)
Familiarity with government clearance requirements and their impact on candidate pools
Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO technology company
Experience working with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools
Recruiting experience beyond core sales roles, such as professional services, solutions engineering, or customer success
