We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a stable, high-volume manufacturing operation in the Chattanooga, TN area.
This is a strong opportunity for a well-rounded maintenance technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, working independently, and taking ownership of keeping production running. You’ll be the primary maintenance technician supporting the shift, so we’re looking for someone who can diagnose problems, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively with production leadership.
- Pay: $29-30/hr base with a 15% shift differential
- 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Typically Monday–Wednesday
- Work 36 scheduled hours and get paid for 40
- Employees who complete their full scheduled shifts receive an additional 4 hours of top-up pay
- Occasional 4th-day coverage may be required with advance notice
- Fridays are rarely scheduled
Training: The selected candidate will initially train on 1st shift (5:00 AM–5:00 PM), with some Thursday hours as needed, before transitioning to 2nd shift.
