Location: Seattle Tacoma International Airport (Primary) | Provide Backup for San Francisco & San Jose HR/Administration
We're seeking a strong operations and administrative professional to lead workforce planning, onboarding, employee administration, compliance, and access management across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in operations, hospitality, facilities, retail, logistics, or workforce administration who understands that business success starts with having the right people in place and ready to work.
Key Responsibilities
- · Coordinate workforce planning and staffing forecasts with business leaders.
- · Manage onboarding to ensure employees are ready and productive from day one.
- · Oversee employee records, badging, access credentials, and compliance requirements.
- · Maintain operational procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution.
- · Support employee administrative requests and resolve issues efficiently.
