Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Marketing Manager with a focus on campaign planning, creative direction, and activations.

What you'll do:: Own the monthly marketing plan and campaign strategy.

Set the creative direction and messaging for integrated campaigns.

Manage marketing operations, product communications, and activation execution.

Own the activation strategy end-to-end.

Review campaigns and ensure creative quality and consistency.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:: 6+  years of marketing experience, both agency and in-house experience is highly preferred.

Proven track record in owning integrated campaign strategy and creative direction.

Hands-on experience in digital media buying and social media management/execution.

Experience planning and executing events, activations, and workshops, ranging from small-scale initiatives to large-scale events.

Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries is preferred.
