As a Floor Trader
, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to build your understanding of our products, markets, and approach to trading. You will split your time between the Cboe trading floor and DRW’s trading desk, gaining exposure to both floor-based and voice trading while developing the skills needed to take on increasing responsibility.
You will work closely with experienced traders and brokers to understand market dynamics, evaluate trading activity, and improve the tools used to support real-time analysis and decision-making.
