What you'll do: Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants across various industries onto our payment services (POS terminals, QR payments, e-wallets).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants in Cebu and the surrounding area to drive usage, retention, and satisfaction.
Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs), commercial terms, and service agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to support smooth onboarding and integration.
Serve as the main point of contact for merchant queries, support, and escalations.
