About the Role
Blue Man Group, part of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, is seeking an experienced Head of Audio and MIT to lead the Sound Department for the 2026
A New Holiday Surprise production.
The Head of Audio is responsible for maintaining the show’s audio quality and creative intent across all venues. This position oversees all aspects of sound reinforcement, mixing, playback, and musician monitoring systems, while managing the Audio Department—including the Musical Instrument Technician (MIT)—to ensure consistency, safety, and excellence in every performance.
