The Dubois County Community Foundation is seeking an accomplished, strategic, and community-minded leader to serve as its next Executive Director. With approximately $100 million in charitable assets, the Foundation plays an important role in strengthening Dubois County and its communities through philanthropy, partnerships, grantmaking, and thoughtful stewardship of charitable resources.
The Executive Director will serve as the Foundation's chief executive, community ambassador, relationship builder, and strategic leader. Working with an engaged Board of Directors and a dedicated staff, the new leader will guide strategy, strengthen community and donor relationships, grow charitable assets, develop organizational capacity, and ensure strong financial and operational stewardship.
Key Priorities
Translate the Foundation's mission and strategic plan into impactful results.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with staff, donors, fundholders, nonprofits, professional advisors, business and civic leaders, and community partners.
