The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.
We are seeking an experienced Asset Move Project Manager II (Relocation PM) to support the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), relocation, and move-management activities for new, renovated, and swing-space projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will manage and coordinate FF&E and relocation activities throughout the project lifecycle, including:
- Manage FF&E programming, budgeting, specifications, procurement coordination, scheduling, installation, and punch-list activities.
- Plan and coordinate relocations, move scopes, swing spaces, and move-in activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects/engineers, contractors, campus representatives, user groups, procurement teams, vendors, and movers.
