The Sales Planning Manager is the primary internal point of contact for field sales teams and ensures that the voice of the customer and the channels are communicated effectively to the broader organization. The Sales Planning Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Accounting, IT, Packaging, Regulatory and the Sales Strategy & Capabilities Team, to drive business objectives that align to company initiatives.
This is a hybrid role and is open to either being located in Minneapolis, MN or Los Angeles, CA. Our LA HQ office is located in Playa Vista, CA.
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of experience in sales planning, account management, retailer data analytics or related roles within a CPG retail industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams.
Experience with sales forecasting, data analysis, and CRM tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to influence decision-making processes and collaborate with senior leadership.
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $97,000–$115,000/yr. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total rewards package for this position may also include base, annual incentive plan, benefits, retirement plan, equity, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
