Job Description: We're seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. • Job Type: Part-Time
• Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
• Work Location: In-Person / School Setting / In-Home - Hendersonville, NC

Responsibilities:

• Work effectively with children
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports
• Implement behavior-based treatment plans
• Educate parents on classroom support techniques
• Ensure safety and quality care for clients
• Establish professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community resources
• Maintain training materials and supplies
• Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources
