Contracts and Compliance Coordinator

Residents Medical is a medical education services organization that helps U.S. and international medical graduates secure residency and fellowship placements through advising, program pathways, and relationships with teaching hospitals and graduate medical education programs. This work sits at the intersection of education, operations, and regulatory coordination, and requires a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and follow-through.

As the Contracts and Compliance Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting legal and operational processes that help the organization run smoothly. This position is well suited to someone who is organized, discreet, and comfortable working across multiple priorities while helping keep documentation, workflows, and internal coordination on track.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP of Legal and Operations.
• Handle contracts, compliance, and HR.
• Coordinate across legal and HR teams to keep documentation and administrative processes moving efficiently.
• Track employment documentation, policies, and compliance workflows.
• Work with leadership on documentation follow-ups and related administrative coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies.
• 2-3 years of experience coordinating contract-related, compliance-related, and HR-related administrative processes.
• Experience supporting a VP or other senior executive directly, with the ability to manage follow-ups and shifting priorities professionally.
• Experience coordinating across legal and HR teams and working with leadership on documentation follow-ups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, Claude, and HR platforms.
• Experience with employment documentation, policy tracking, and compliance workflows.
