The Opportunity:
We are hiring for a Junior L1 On-site IT Technician (1st Shift) to provide on-site technical support and assistance to our employees, warehouses, and remote staff.
As the technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of Apple devices, including Mac Mini, MacBook Pros, and iPads across our organization. You will also provide break/fix support for our fulfillment warehouses, Google Workspace administration, and offer support to our helpdesk team.
