Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will serve as a trusted talent advisor to engineering leaders, using market insights, recruiting data, and technical talent expertise to shape hiring strategies, calibrate profiles, identify risks, and drive hiring outcomes. You will own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers globally.
