Requirements
- Job Description: Create ETL packages using SSIS to load data from disparate data sources. Troubleshoot issues related to SQL database reported by users and app team. Create and modify reports using SSRS and/or Power BI. Analyze SQL queries and SSRS reports for performance improvements. Perform SQL data analysis and updates to resolve software issues. Communicate with all levels of stakeholders as appropriate, including executives, data analysts, application developers, business users, and customers. Work in close collaboration with IT and engineering teams to help to streamline processes including troubleshooting, hands-on software support, data cleansing, and data synchronization. Develop automated solutions to address potential problems before they result in a service interruption.
