Strategic Planning & Positioning:

Develop go-to-market strategies for new venture propositions from concept to launch
Conduct market research and competitive analysis for untested business models
Create positioning frameworks and value propositions for pilot projects in collaboration with the Brand & Communications team
Define customer segmentation and targeting strategies for new audiences
