Title:
Space Stan/Eval SME
KBR is seeking a Space Standardizations and Evaluations (Stan/Eval) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide on-site support to Headquarters Combat Forces Command (HQ CFC) located on Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and guidance for Stan/Eval functions in HQ CFC Deltas and aligned units.
- Oversee implementation of HHQ and CFC training policy, guidance, and directives.
- Coordinate with HQ Staff and Deltas to assess training Stan/Eval effectiveness and compliance with HHQ policies.
- Conduct formal assessments of Deltas.
- Convene or participate in conferences and working groups to improve HQ Stan/Eval policies and procedures.
