D&L LLC is looking for Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our Blytheville, AR Sheet Metal shop!

You'll be part of the team building and preparing sheet metal components used on commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This is a hands-on shop position where your experience, attention to detail, and ability to read plans and work with your tools matter.

If you've worked in sheet metal fabrication, HVAC installation, ductwork, construction, or a similar trade, we'd like to talk to you!

What You’ll Do!

• Fabricate and assemble commercial and industrial HVAC sheet metal
• Build ductwork and other sheet metal components
• Read drawings, plans, and measurements
• Use hand and power tools to cut, bend, form, and assemble materials
• Work with a variety of sheet metal materials and equipment
• Prepare fabricated pieces for installation
• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the fabrication process
• Follow safety procedures and keep the shop organized
• Work with experienced sheet metal and HVAC professionals as part of a team

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• (Sheet metal experience is preferred, but we're willing to talk to the right person)
• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman/Installer (commercial experience preferred)
• Ability to field measure ductwork and create cut sheets for fabrication
• Valid driver’s license (required) with a clean record (no DUI’s in last 3 years)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• *If you can read a tape measure, work safely with tools, learn quickly, and take pride in your work, don't count yourself out just because you don't check every box.
