As part of a multidisciplinary organization, this role supports learning and development efforts that help teams and customers stay informed, prepared, and engaged.
This position is an opportunity to coordinate training operations within a complex professional-services environment, helping ensure programs run smoothly from planning through follow-up. You will play an important role in supporting training delivery, maintaining accurate learning systems and materials, and contributing to a well-organized experience for trainers, participants, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Learning Management System administration, including maintaining course catalog, updating course descriptions, adding new courses, assisting customers with ecommerce platform to purchase courses, and resolve billing or access issues.
