We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be organized and motivated to provide excellent customer service to support the overall sales efforts of Vector. You will:
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Issue product pricing and follow up
- Perform Microsoft Dynamics Sales Case entry and tracking
- Work with SAP for Pricing and Order Processing
- Support internal and external sales inquiries as needed
Initiate and prepare customer quotes in a timely manner. Monitor status and verify accuracy. Follow up on quotes and purchase orders as needed.
Process customer orders including posting of order, shipping documentation, and invoicing.
Facilitate information flow between functions to expedite orders to ensure successful order fulfillment; ultimately ensuring the customers’ expectations have been met.
