We are seeking a committed Help Desk Admin to be part of our team at Celtic Bank. The IT Help Desk Admin is responsible for providing first-level technical support to employees across the organization. This position also supports basic security and risk mitigation activities by assisting with the identification and escalation of potential security concerns. The Help Desk Admin requires strong technical acumen, customer-service skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the IT department.
