The Arc of Ocean County is seeking a Coordinator to help create meaningful employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.
This is a mission-based, relationship-driven position. You will build new relationships with local businesses, foster existing partnerships, and work with companies to secure contracts and piece-work opportunities for individuals supported through The Arc's Employment Center.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable meeting new people, networking in the community, advocating for inclusive employment, and turning business relationships into meaningful opportunities.
