Inside Sales Coordinator

IFP Motion Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team! The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in managing incoming customer orders and inquiries and providing exceptional technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Management: Prioritize incoming phone calls
• Checking pricing, product and lead times for customers and internal partners
• Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer inquiries and concerns
• Order Processing: Enter and process customer service requests accurately through the data system
• Perform order maintenance, addressing changes related to pricing, quantity, delivery, or any other modifications after order entry
• Technical Support: Provide technical information and assistance to customers, enabling them to make informed decisions on product selection
• Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, quotes, and addressing any concerns they may have
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments in addressing customer needs

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of customer service/sales experience
• Proven track record of effectively managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service
• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:
