Job Overview
The Jr. Subcontract Administrator works with the AEVEX team of procurement professionals, in support of DoD programs, to assure compliance with applicable procedures, regulations and legal requirements including FAR/DFARs and International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR). We are seeking a motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. The Jr.
Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for assisting with activities that span the entire procurement cycle, including but not limited to: negotiation of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements, preparation of solicitation packages to subcontractors, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, price analysis, negotiation of terms and conditions, subcontract administration, issue resolution, and closeout activities.
This role is ideal for entry-level professionals seeking to build a career in federal contract administration, with opportunities to grow into broader subcontract and contract management responsibilities.
