Position Overview
Dragonfly Cares is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in a school setting. This role provides ABA therapy across both school and center settings, offering variety alongside consistency. You'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum, working closely with supervising BCBAs, school staff, and center teams to implement individualized BIPs, support skill development, and help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.
