Patient Coordinator | Full-Time | Pediatrics | Tyler, TX

In this role, you'll serve as a key connection between families, clinicians, and administrative staff, ensuring children receive timely access to the therapy services they need. Your Role
Manage daily therapist and patient schedules to maintain an efficient clinic workflow.
Proactively fill open appointment times through waitlists, rescheduling efforts, and last-minute scheduling opportunities.
Contact families regarding scheduling updates, cancellations, and appointment availability.
Maintain at least one month of schedules in the Raintree EMR platform.
