Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) | Leadership Opportunity at BAYADA Home Health Care | LAYIQ

Passion for hospice and end-of-life care ( previous hospice experience required
).
Proven leadership experience within hospice, home health, palliative care, or a related healthcare setting.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop interdisciplinary clinical teams.
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance standards, and quality initiatives.
Experience managing patient caseloads, coordinating care, and supporting complex clinical decision-making.
Desire to lead an interdisciplinary care team while advancing a culture of compassion and excellence.
Registered Nurse required; BSN or Master's degree preferred.
Management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
