Plains has an immediate opening for a Project Manager in our Midland, Texas office. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will work closely with Plains’ business units to establish project scope, develop preliminary designs, cost estimates, schedules, risk registers, and execution plans for viable projects. You will provide technical consultation to project teams and Operations to ensure project planning reflects operational requirements, industry practices, and regulatory expectations.
