Office Assistant – Customer Service, Accounting & Operations

The Forth Group is a growing property management company located in Chicago serving community associations in Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. We are looking for smart, hard-working individuals to share in our opportunity.

Role:

Assistant in all areas of customer service, accounting, and operations, including account data entry & customer service.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Customer service, handling all calls, email, walk-in traffic
• Scan, post, and organize invoices, checks & other documents
• Manage internal & outsourced mailings
• Mail in/out (postage, sorting, distribution)
• Tally & post postage and mailing charges
• Send email statements as needed

Requirements

• Candidates should have solid interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with PC, email, and web-based applications.
• Some secondary education or equivalent experience is important.
• Applicants must have the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and detail.
• Candidates must be proficient in and able to learn new systems including Word, Excel, email, and other office-related software and equipment.
