JOB SUMMARY
SoLa Impact is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to perform essential repairs and upgrades across our multi-family rental properties. In this role, you will respond to service calls, complete work orders, and interact directly with residents. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties operate efficiently, remain compliant, and provide safe, well-maintained housing for our community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
What You'll Do
- Hands-On Maintenance: Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, and janitorial work. Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair residential kitchen appliances, HVAC units, and water heaters.
