We build the program with you, combining purpose-built software, proprietary conformance scoring, and ongoing access to compliance advisors, until your organization has the structure, the evidence, and the expertise to lead compliance instead of just survive it. Our Account Executives are the people who take that message to market. This is a consultative, insight-led sales role focused on helping healthcare organizations recognize the gap between the point tools they have and the complete compliance program they actually need. If you are energized by complex sales conversations, motivated by closing meaningful deals, and want to sell something that makes a real difference for patients and providers, this role is for you.

What you will do

• You’ll own our mid-market provider segment: multi-location healthcare organizations, 100+ employees, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Generate and own your pipeline. You’ll be expected to self-source a meaningful share of it through strategic outbound.
• Lead discovery conversations that uncover the real compliance risk behind the immediate need, and reframe the conversation from point tool to complete program.
• Partner with Customer Success at handoff to ensure every new client starts strong.
• Keep your HubSpot activity current and accurate so pipeline and forecast data reflect reality.
• Track and report on your territory performance with a data-informed view of what is working and what is not.
• Stay current on our platform, our competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment so you can speak with authority in every conversation.

What we are looking for

• 3 or more years managing a full sales cycle, with a track record of hitting quota as a consistent top performer.
• Background in healthcare, compliance, or B2B SaaS is a plus; background in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) is ideal
• Experience with deal sizes in the $5K to $75K range.
• Comfort with sales automation tools including HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach.
• Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (we used SPICED).
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; you ask before you pitch.
• A collaborative mentality: you care as much about your teammates' success as your own.

Base Salary $85,000/year + uncapped commission, OTE $130-$150K
